These terms cover the use of this website and the text-message program run by the Osob Adus for Ward 6 campaign. By using the site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

Text Message Program

When you provide your mobile number and check the box to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring text messages from the Osob Adus for Ward 6 campaign. Messages may include event invitations, event reminders, campaign updates, and volunteer requests.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of volunteering, donating, or any other participation in the campaign.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the text-message program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the mobile number you provide is your own.

Opting Out and Help

You can cancel the text-message service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. For help, reply HELP or email connect@osobward6.ca.

Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. Delivery of messages depends on your mobile carrier's network.

Privacy

We handle the information you give us as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
