Authorization

This website, all advertising, and all printed materials produced by the Osob Adus for Ward 6 campaign are authorized by Osob Adus, Chief Financial Officer of the campaign.

Registered campaign

Osob Adus for Ward 6 is a registered municipal election campaign for the office of City of Burlington Councillor, Ward 6, filed with the City of Burlington Clerk's office under the Ontario Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

Contribution rules

Contributions are accepted only from individuals who are residents of Ontario. Corporations, trade unions, and contributions made on behalf of others are not permitted. Per-donor contribution caps apply under Ontario law.

Contributions over $100 will be reported with the contributor's name and address in the campaign's financial filing with the City of Burlington, as required by law.

Contributions to municipal election campaigns in Ontario are not eligible for a federal or provincial tax credit and are not tax-deductible.

Financial reporting

The campaign will file a financial statement with the City of Burlington Clerk's office within the timelines required by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996. The filing is a public record.
